Open wounds
For Margaret Lemanski, Christmas has been marred by a theft that picks the open sore of her grief. During a memorial event at Grandview Cemetery in Maryville, Tennessee, she placed two battery-operated, lighted Christmas trees at the grave of her grandson, Leviticus Crabtree, who died in October 2007 shortly after his birth. Automation tracks in GarageBand
I discovered this recently and it really changed the way I think about GarageBand as a professional-level recording tool. You may already know that you can automate Volume changes in GarageBand tracks. Very useful for cross-fading music tracks in a podcast or punching up a solo in a recording of a band.
